Why are your prices so much lower than your competitors?
Being entirely internet-based puts us in the unique position of being able to eliminate nearly all overhead costs. Our competitors, on the other hand, face large staffing, leasing, and display costs (amongst other expenses) that ultimately get passed down to the consumer.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, PayPal and money orders. To keep our costs low, we can only accept Visa directly through our website. We can also accept all major credit cards through PayPal.
How can I pay via PayPal?
To pay via PayPal please email us (visit our contact us page here) with the items you would like to order. We will then send you a PayPal Request for Money form to your email from which you can easily pay.
How can I pay via money order?
As we will be changing our mailing address in the near future, please email us (visit our contact us page here) for our most current mailing address and, subsequently, where you can mail money orders to.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
What is your return policy?
100% Satisfaction Gauranteed! If you are not satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days less shipping and handling charges. If there is a manufacturer defect we will replace or refund the returned item including shipping costs once we have received it.
All North Star Galvanizing Steel Claw anchors also come with a lifetime warranty against breakage and a 20 year warranty against corrosion.
Do you ship to Canada and/or Internationally?
Yes. Please contact us contact us for rates. Canadian residents can expect to pay approximately 20% more than US residents for shipping. International rates vary greatly.
How is my item shipped?
Unless other wise noted we ship all of our items via UPS ground.
When can I expect to receive my item?
Items are normally shipped within 2 business days. Transit time is normally 1-6 business days.

If we have not yet shipped your order you may change or cancel your order free of charge. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order. Please be aware that orders are normally shipped within 1 business day.
